Most people have subscribed to Ringback tune services unknowingly which leads to deduction of Airtime monthly, weekly or daily depending or as the case may be. Some network deduct N20, N50 while some are N100.
Here in this post, we will show you how you can successfully unsubscribe from Ringback tune services on the four major networks we have which are Mtn, Etisalat, Glo and Airtel.
Some people have been trying to unsubscribe from this service but they were not able to do so because of invalid command sent. Below are code to send to unsubscribe from Ringback tune service
HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM RINGBACK TUNES SERVICE ON ALL NETWORKS
MTN
MTN users should simply SMS the short code "Cancel" to 4100.
After sending, you will receive a message notifying you that you have successfully cancelled your MTN callertunez account.
AIRTEL
Airtel users should SMS the short code "Stop" to 791.
ETISALAT
To cancel caller tunes on Etisalat, SMS the short code "RBTOFF" to 251.
GLO
To cancel your caller tune on glo network, simply SMS dereg to 7728 and the service will be canceled immediately.
