Psiphon Settings For Mtn BBlited 

Download Psiphon apk install, Launch and set the following:

Proxy Type: Real Host
Custom Header: X-Online-Host
Proxy Server: web.blackberry.com
Real Proxy Type: Inject
Real Proxy Port: 80 
Then save.

Tick the prompt box and select tunnel whole device 
Swipe to option then select more option 
Tick connect through HTTP 
Select use the following settings and set the following:

Host Address: 10.199.212.2
Port: 8080

Save and connect 
Connect your browser and browse the net.
