Manchester City are six points behind leaders Leicester City, but Nigeria youngster Kelechi Iheanacho has stood his ground that they could still fight back to becoming EPL champions this season.
Iheanacho came off the bench on Sunday to score his third EPL goal but it was not enough as City fell 2-1 to title chasers Tottenham Hotspur.
Iheanacho told Manchester City Television, that they will mend the gap between them and the front runners. “It was very disappointing as we lost, and no one is happy about it, but I know we will come back stronger. “We will put this defeat behind us and keep going for other games. We will work hard and concentrate more for every game. ”Man City is now fourth on the table and their next league game will be with Liverpool.
